Monitor commercial performance indicators, consolidating CRM data into reports and dashboards to support supervisors in performance analysis. Develop customized commercial proposals by assessing customer needs and tailoring products and services according to company guidelines to increase conversion rates. Control contracts and renewals by monitoring deadlines and clauses in management systems to prevent revenue loss due to oversights. Serve as a liaison point among sales, logistics, and finance, resolving pending issues related to orders, invoicing, and deliveries to ensure smooth process execution. Validate customer registrations and updates by auditing data and correcting inconsistencies to ensure system data integrity. Propose improvements to customer service processes by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting practical solutions to increase efficiency and satisfaction. Manage discount and special condition requests by verifying approvals with managers and updating systems to ensure negotiation compliance. Track customer complaints and returns by coordinating with responsible departments for prompt and complete resolution to preserve customer relationships. Contribute to commercial campaign development by assisting in target audience definition and scheduling to drive sales. Provide technical support to the sales team on system usage, clarifying questions regarding CRM and management tools to optimize platform utilization. Perform follow-up on submitted proposals by contacting customers and recording responses in the system to accelerate the closing process. Support product and service pricing by calculating margins and applying commercial policies to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Participate in customer meetings when requested, providing technical and commercial information to support negotiations. Track sales team targets by updating performance indicators and flagging deviations to support departmental management. **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. **PREREQUISITES:** Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, charts) CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) ERP with commercial focus (TOTVS, Bling, etc.) BI tools (basic Power BI) Driver’s license category A and/or B preferred
