We seek someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn administrative and financial processes of our clients through hands-on experience. Job Description: * Directly manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for clients across various sectors. * Perform bank reconciliations and maintain detailed control over financial transactions. * Prepare and update Excel-based financial spreadsheets using formulas, pivot tables, and automated controls. * Generate managerial financial reports such as Income Statements (DRE) and Cash Flow Statements (DFC). * Assist clients with strategic planning and cash flow control, including financial projections. Essential Requirements: * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Basic knowledge of Power BI.
