We tailor our approach to each construction site’s unique requirements to deliver optimal alternatives, enhancing productivity and client outcomes. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE** \- Managing the company’s accounting and tax processes; \- Managing the preparation of trial balances (financial and managerial) and other accounting reports; \- Analyzing accounting information, issuing opinions, explanations, and/or interpretations of results and changes occurring during the period, to support internal decision-making; \- Ensuring organization and updating of all information related to the accounting process—such as reports, certificates, legal documents, etc.—and maintaining them readily available for consultation and use; \- Ensuring accurate asset control over company assets, keeping records updated and organized; \- Monitoring accounting, tax, fiscal, and related legislation to ensure correct operational implementation across company processes; \- Providing internal and external support to resolve issues related to accounting matters; **REQUIREMENTS** \- Relevant experience in the role; \- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences with an active CRC registration; \- Knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations; \- Experience with RM Labore/TOTVS ERP is a plus; \- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; **BENEFITS** \- Meal allowance or food voucher; \- Transportation allowance or fuel voucher; \- Basic food basket; \- Unimed health insurance plan with co-payment (no monthly fee); \- Life insurance; \- Gympass; **Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. \- 100% on-site work at our headquarters in the Goiânia neighborhood, Belo Horizonte.
