Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing tax entries and reconciliations, assisting in tax calculations, preparing tax declarations, and ensuring tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Prior experience in tax-related areas and tax legislation 2. Collaboration in tax audits and inspections 3. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax legislation **Responsibilities** * Record and reconcile incoming and outgoing fiscal invoices; * Assist in calculating direct and indirect taxes; * Support preparation and submission of tax declarations (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, etc.); * Organize and archive tax documents; * Collaborate on reconciliation of accounting entries related to the tax area; * Provide support during tax audits and inspections; * Stay updated on changes in tax legislation. **Required and/or Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in tax roles, preferably within companies operating in the Administration and Holding segment. * Basic knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS). * Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel). * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactivity. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 35.00 per day * Food Allowance: BRL 30.00 per day * Unimed Unipart Health Plan (no monthly fee, only co-payment) * Dental Plan * Transportation Voucher * Wellhub (Gympass) Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: BRL 2,390.47 per month Work Location: On-site
