We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team — someone committed, organized, and who values teamwork in a collaborative and continuously evolving environment. Work Location: Avenida Raja Gabaglia, No. 3,800, Estoril Neighborhood. On-site work schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; active CRC registration preferred; Experience with accounting classification and reconciliations, tax calculations (PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ISS, IPI, ICMS, and federal withholdings); Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; Experience with ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, SPED, etc.) and Protheus/TOTVS system is desirable. Main Responsibilities Perform verification and recording of accounting entries; Conduct accounting reconciliations; Prepare trial balances, balance sheets, and other financial statements; Support departmental routines and contribute to continuous process improvement.
