Every day, more than 80,000 colleagues worldwide lead the way toward greener and smarter mobility—connecting cities while reducing carbon emissions and replacing car usage. **JOB SUMMARY:** Responsible for receiving, identifying, storing, managing transportation, moving cargo between work centers, and distributing materials; performing physical and quantitative verification of received materials; receiving materials and checking the corresponding invoice against the purchase order; forwarding invoices to the tax department; complying with standards, instructions, and requirements specified in the Quality Management System procedures. **MAIN CHALLENGES:** Ensuring the company is continuously supplied with consumables—that is, providing materials and raw materials to various production and administrative units without interruption or delay. **PRODUCTS/SERVICES/RESPONSIBILITIES/OBLIGATIONS** This section identifies the main final deliverables expected from this position, as well as sub-products or services the role must generate to fulfill its objective defined in the “Job Summary” section. **1** Verify and identify received materials by dimension and quantity; place them in designated and appropriate locations; compare the invoice with the materials and the purchase order (SAP); verify correct delivery and compliance with material specifications. **2** Pick and deliver materials to departments; fulfill material/equipment requisitions in the system; consult the system for item location and stock quantity. **3** Request material inspection per quality standards; store and control materials; await release from Quality Control before storage. **4** Record materials in the system and track withdrawals, outbound movements, and returns from the warehouse. **5** Perform periodic or on-demand physical inventory counts of stored materials; count items and record them on a specific checklist. **6** Contribute to eliminating workplace accidents and improving environmental quality, complying with safety and environmental protection regulations. **7** Monitor safety stock levels and request purchase requisitions to replenish inventory. **8** Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace, as well as proper preservation and maintenance of stored materials, reporting any anomalies to the immediate supervisor. **9** Move cargo using a Munck truck and forklift, holding valid certification for such operations. **10** Authorized to use company vehicles for scheduled site visits after completing defensive driving training. **COMPETENCIES** **Education:** Completed high school **Experience:** (Years of experience) 3 years **Knowledge / Skills** (Technical or Behavioral): Knowledge of inventory control systems Knowledge of measurement units Quick reasoning ability **Language:** Proficiency level legend: **(1)** reads poorly, speaks poorly, cannot follow a conversation; **(2)** reads fluently, can speak, understands conversations with some difficulty; **(3)** speaks and understands easily; **(4)** very good knowledge; **(5)** native language **N/A** **APPROVALS** DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBLE HUMAN RESOURCES You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to grow with us.
