We are a subsidiary of Brazilian Rare Earths and work to position Brazil as a leader in this sector. **DESCRIPTION:** Optimize and guide the company’s financial planning within the mineral exploration segment by creating reports and recommendations aimed at ensuring business health; developing budgets, forecasts, performance analyses, and financial scenarios using detailed analyses and advanced financial models—to guarantee the economic viability of bauxite mining projects, with full alignment to corporate strategy. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Develop, analyze, and monitor the institution’s financial planning using appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure accuracy and effective execution of organizational projects. Support leadership in delivering training to the financial planning team, ensuring departmental routines are completed within established deadlines and contributing to team skill development. Contribute to budget development, financial projections, and cash flow planning by performing detailed variance analyses to identify improvement opportunities, thereby maximizing the efficiency of financial resources. Support the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior leadership, compiling relevant data to underpin strategic decisions and provide clear visibility into financial performance. Build complex and sophisticated financial models, simulating various scenarios to forecast financial outcomes and enable more informed decision-making based on future conditions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for financial planning and analysis processes, identifying innovation opportunities that enhance organizational efficiency. Conduct advanced financial analyses to understand the company’s financial position and identify opportunities and risks, thereby informing and supporting leadership’s strategic decisions. Promote integration and communication between finance and other departments, ensuring financial information aligns with the organization’s overall objectives and strategies. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or Economics; an MBA in Finance is desirable. Technical Competencies: Proficiency in financial planning, scenario analysis, forecasting, budget and cash flow management, knowledge of ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools. Familiarity with Lever Pro system is desirable. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** Proactivity, dynamism, communication skills, teamwork, and strategic vision. Fluent English.
