OPEN POSITION – HOSPITAL PHARMACIST / RT Main responsibilities: * Act as the institution's Responsible Technical Officer (RT), maintaining all documentation duly regulated in accordance with current legislation; * Perform replenishment of medications, medical-hospital supplies, and OPME (Orthopedic, Prosthetic, and Dental Materials); * Ensure adequate supply to the hospital pharmacy, guaranteeing responsiveness to clinical care demands; * Control expiration dates, storage conditions, and traceability of medications and supplies; * Monitor and record ambient and refrigerated temperatures in accordance with sanitary regulations; * Conduct inventories, stock organization, and control of medications listed under Ordinance No. 344/98; * Carry out quotations, procurement, verification, and recording of invoices for MAT/MED (Materials/Medications) and OPME; * Provide pharmaceutical care monitoring for surgical patients; * Monitor adverse drug reactions and medication- or material-related problems; * Coordinate surgical kit dispensing and processing of requisitions; * Guarantee the quality of pharmaceutical care and adherence to Good Storage and Dispensing Practices; * Participate in quality processes, including development and review of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), workflows, supply chains, and risk matrices. We seek an organized, analytical professional committed to patient safety and excellence in hospital pharmaceutical processes.
