Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Research and Development of Digital Learning Objects**: Define and develop digital learning objects to meet pedagogical needs, enhancing the company’s portfolio of digital resources. * **Curation of Educational Content**: Curate digital content according to pedagogical guidelines and meet the requirements of didactic solutions proposed by the team. * **Publication of Digital Content**: Publish and manage content on digital platforms, ensuring integration of didactic solutions and delivery of digital resources per defined scopes. * **Pedagogical Analysis and Validation**: Analyze and evaluate digital products (e.g., online assessments, video lessons, and other resources) from a pedagogical perspective to ensure technical and pedagogical quality aligned with company standards. * **Platforms and Tools**: Maintain updated and standardized information management across systems, ensuring control and organization of digital learning objects (DLOs). * **No-code DLO Development**: Identify, define, script, and develop digital learning objects (DLOs) using no-code tools, ensuring pedagogical and technical quality. * **Continuous Learning and Innovation**: Stay current on trends in education, instructional design, digital educational technologies, and innovation, applying best practices to the development of new didactic resources. * **Active Participation in Meetings**: Prepare and lead biweekly and monthly technical meetings, collaborating with the team to align and achieve pedagogical and content production goals. **Work Model for this Position:** * CLT employment; **Hybrid (for candidates based in Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas) or Remote.** * Workload: 44 hours/week, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Letters or related field; * English proficiency desirable; * Instructional Designer certification/course desirable; * Prior experience in this role desirable. **Additional Benefits** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance (on the same card) Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical locations Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: access to a network of partnerships offering discounts on undergraduate and postgraduate courses, electricity bills, language courses, and more—for you and your family Mothers working in hybrid mode are fully remote from the 6th month of pregnancy until the child’s first birthday Fathers working in hybrid mode are fully remote from birth until the child’s 6th month Data protection changes everything During our candidate selection process for available positions, we will use your personal data registered on the Gupy platform.
