Opportunity to optimize financial processes **Responsibilities:** * Process group companies' billing, ensuring accurate and timely invoice issuance; * Monitor and manage the accounts receivable portfolio, performing write-offs, reconciliations, and tracking of receipts; * Execute collection activities and maintain client relationships to reduce delinquency; * Support monthly financial closing through reconciliations and revenue analysis; * Prepare reports and KPIs on billing, receipts, and delinquency to support management decisions; * Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, contributing to greater efficiency and organizational effectiveness; * Collaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, Controller, and Accounting departments to ensure financial data integrity. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields; * Experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, bank reconciliation, and receipt control; * Experience preparing and monitoring financial reports; * Experience working in financial services firms, consulting firms, brokerage houses, insurance companies, or mid-sized enterprises handling accounts receivable and billing; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Proficiency in billing processes and invoice issuance, accounts receivable routines, and financial reconciliation; * Experience with financial KPIs and delinquency analysis. * Familiarity with and experience using SAP Business One (SAP B1\) is a plus. **Work Modality:** PJ contract with hybrid work arrangement in Nova Lima
