Job Summary:
Schindler is seeking a professional to identify training needs, accompany adjustment technicians in the field, and act as an intermediary for information to resolve adjustment issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify training needs for adjustment technicians through field supervision, aiming to strengthen weaknesses and ensure work quality and safety.
* Serve as an information intermediary among field teams, engineering, and SAIS to resolve adjustment issues and communicate technical updates or changes to adjustment technicians.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) Category B / personal vehicle preferred.
* Intermediate computer skills.
* Experience with elevators is a plus.
* Conflict resolution capability.
