Key responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of physical facilities, overseeing and monitoring building maintenance services, fleet management, asset monitoring and control, maintaining third-party service contracts, budget and expense control related to facilities, and overseeing construction and renovation projects. The professional must also be able to identify opportunities for improvement in the company's internal environment and provide support to internal teams on matters related to physical facilities.
