Job Summary: We are seeking an Art Direction Intern to join our Creative Team, developing visual solutions that connect strategy and concept within a continuously learning environment. We are looking for someone to assume the role of **Art Direction Intern** at Atake. Joining the Creative Team, this person will support the development of visual solutions that connect strategy and concept, collaborating with various agency departments. Here, you’ll face real brand challenges, engage in continuous learning, and have the opportunity to contribute ideas that directly impact clients and projects—building creative repertoire and maturity from day one. \- **Work model:** Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite at our Belo Horizonte office for team interaction, and 2 days remote for routine balance. **What you’ll do:** * Create versions and adaptations of social media posts, stories, banners, and marketing emails. * Edit images, crop elements, and adjust layouts according to instructions. * Assist in the layout design of internal and institutional materials. * Support research on visual references and trends. * Organize folders, files, and assets used by the Creative Team. * Participate in internal briefing and job follow-up meetings. **What we’re looking for:** * Currently enrolled in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. * Understanding of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy. * Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills. * Attention to detail, curiosity, and organization. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of InDesign or other digital design tools. * Interest in visual culture, branding, and communication trends. * Academic experience, short courses, or personal design projects. **Our internship model and benefits:** This position is offered as an internship, and to support your daily work: * Internship stipend of R$1\.500,00; * Monthly expense allowance of R$300,00 paid via Caju card; * Genuine hybrid model: 3 days onsite to exchange energy with the team and 2 days remote to balance your routine; * Commuting allowance: transportation support on onsite days, with no deduction from the internship stipend; * Birthday celebration: you get a Day Off on your birthday; * Work tool: an Atake-provided computer, ready for use from day one. \- ️ ATAKE values and supports diversity and inclusion in all its forms.
