Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for financial postings and reconciliations, preparation of reports, monitoring of key performance indicators, and processing of payments and receipts, while maintaining organized file systems. Key Highlights: 1. Previous experience as a financial assistant 2. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite 3. Analytical skills and attention to detail **Responsibilities:** Perform financial postings and bank reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of information recorded in the company's systems; Prepare periodic financial reports (cash flow, delinquency rates, account positions, etc.); Monitor financial KPIs and targets, contributing suggestions for improving the company's economic performance; Assist in processing payments and receipts; controlling deadlines, validating documents, and ensuring correct execution of transactions; Organize and maintain up-to-date digital financial files and documents, guaranteeing easy access and compliance with company policies. **Requirements:** Academic background in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; Previous experience as a financial assistant; Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Analytical skills and attention to detail; Strong oral and written communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Knowledge of management systems (ERP Protheus is a plus); Easy access to the Ceasa region in Contagem.
