Opportunity for individuals aged 50+ **Retail company is hiring for:** Salesperson Responsibilities: Serve customers by identifying their needs; Conduct sales and advise on product usage and handling; Complete sales transactions by registering payments at the checkout; Organize and restock inventory; Support other store operations. Required Qualifications: Completed high school education; Experience in product sales and customer service; Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. This position is also open to candidates aged 50+. Salary: R$1.758,00 + Commission + Performance Bonus Average Monthly Salary Range: R$2,250.00 to R$2,450.00 Benefits: Meal voucher (R$240.00/month) and transportation allowance Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and Saturdays 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM – One Saturday off per month expected Work Format: On-site Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Work Location: Funcionários – Belo Horizonte
