An educator focused on pedagogy and child development, responsible for planning activities and stimulating children's learning and development.

Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare weekly lesson plans containing age-appropriate activities;
· Record incidents and occurrences in the designated application;
· Monitor advisory session dates/times;
· Participate in the school-provided professional training and development program, staying updated on the institution's theoretical-practical processes;
· Create stimuli for children, offering numerous possibilities for investigation during experiences and activities;
· Stimulate children's physical development through motor, visual, auditory, and sensory experiences;
· Promote relational development by designing provocative activities;
· Cultivate interest in their surroundings by exploring ideas from renowned educators;
· Continuously update knowledge to ensure professional improvement, aiming for full competence as an education professional and as a human being engaged in school practice;
· Act as a researcher, observer, analyst, questioner, and evaluator of pedagogical practices;
· Be available to assist with other tasks when necessary and feasible.
