Job Summary: The professional will attend to clients' needs by providing direct nursing care under supervision and assist in organizing clinical activities at the Inpatient Unit. Key Highlights: 1. Comply with the Nursing Code of Ethics and the Nursing Practice Act. **Description:** Attend to clients' needs by providing direct nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse and/or nursing student; Collaborate with the nurse in organizing and guiding clinical activities at the Inpatient Unit; Participate in shift handover, organizing and documenting it clearly and concisely so that all nursing team members are aware of occurrences from previous shifts; Comply with the Nursing Code of Ethics and the Nursing Practice Act; Review nursing notes and verify prescription checks on physical records and electronic health records; Accompany clients leaving the unit for examinations and internal consultations; Verify department organization: pending exams, sterilization area, stretcher, wheelchair, oxygen cylinder; Support the supervising nurse in conducting nursing diagnoses and planning actions to improve nursing services, among other routine tasks.
