Job Summary:
Responsible for repairing metal and fiberglass bodies of heavy vehicles, ensuring physical and aesthetic integrity through panel beating, welding, and painting preparation.

Will be responsible for repairing metal and fiberglass bodies, dent removal, sheet metal replacement, structural component alignment, and welding to maintain the physical and aesthetic integrity of vehicles. This role involves disassembly and assembly of components, painting preparation, and safety assurance for collective or long-distance buses. **Key Responsibilities:**
* **Structural Repair:** Identify damage, remove dents, and align bodies (metal/fiberglass), chassis, and luggage compartments.
* **Panel Beating and Welding:** Replace sheets, panels, bumpers, and perform welding operations (MIG and electric welding).
* **Assembly and Disassembly:** Remove and reinstall windows, doors, seats, and interior trim.
* **Finishing:** Sand, apply fillers and primers to prepare surfaces for final painting.
* **Preventive/Corrective Maintenance:** Replace seat belts, locks, safety items, and ensure body quality.
* **Common Requirements:**
* Proven experience in auto body repair for heavy vehicles or buses.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Technical courses in panel beating/painting.
* Ability to work with various body models.
* Knowledge of panel beating, welding, and operation of pneumatic and manual tools.
* Familiarity with safety regulations and use of PPE.
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract
Compensation: R$1.783,33 - R$3.100,00 per month
