We are looking for a **Recruitment and Selection Assistant** to directly support the company’s hiring needs, with a focus on **high-volume positions** and coverage across all units nationwide. We seek an organized, agile individual with excellent communication skills, capable of managing end-to-end selection processes while ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for both candidates and managers. **Responsibilities** * Manage **end-to-end recruitment and selection processes**, from job opening to closure; * Handle a **high volume of operational, administrative, and technical positions**; * Perform **resume screening**, profile alignment, interview scheduling, and interview facilitation; * **Promote job openings** across multiple channels (job boards, social media, groups, and internal strategies); * Conduct **continuous follow-up** with coordinators and managers regarding position progress and process status; * Support the **development of job descriptions and profile alignment** with hiring managers; * Update and maintain organized **job vacancy tracking**, spreadsheets, and internal systems (ATS); * Provide **feedback to candidates**, ensuring clear and empathetic communication; * Participate in **active sourcing initiatives**, applying strategic search techniques when required; * Contribute to improvements in R&S processes by proposing new approaches and tools; * Support **onboarding and integration processes**, where applicable; * Monitor departmental metrics such as SLA, time-to-fill, and number of open positions. **Requirements** * Experience in recruitment and selection, preferably involving **high-volume hiring**; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, sense of priority, and agility; * Familiarity with spreadsheets, ATS, and sourcing tools. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in R&S within logistics, retail, or service-oriented companies; * Experience managing Brazil-wide selection processes; * Knowledge of competency-based interviews.
