Manage corporate social media accounts and use RD Station Job Description: We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the company's marketing strategies, working on the planning, execution, and monitoring of communication initiatives, campaigns, and the brand's digital presence. **Responsibilities:** · Support the planning and execution of institutional and promotional marketing; · Assist in creating and monitoring online and offline marketing campaigns; · Produce and edit graphic and audiovisual materials (images and videos); · Manage and monitor corporate social media accounts, especially on Meta (Instagram, Facebook, etc.); · Support content management, scheduling, and performance reporting; · Use the RD (RD Station) platform for marketing automation, lead management, and campaign execution; · Support general departmental tasks, ensuring alignment with company objectives. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations or related fields; · Prior experience in the Marketing field; · Knowledge of marketing planning; · Proficiency in image and video editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere, etc.); · Familiarity with Meta platforms and managing corporate social media profiles; · Knowledge of and experience with the RD (RD Station) platform; · Organized, committed, responsible, and proactive profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing; · Commitment to deadlines and results; · Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; · Proactivity and sense of responsibility. **Interested candidates should send their resumes to: dpessoal@setcemg.org.br** **Subject: Marketing Assistant** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.400,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
