Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies, assembling kits for replenishment. Key Highlights: 1. Organization, communication, and proactivity. **Job Description** Company in the civil construction sector. **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure receipt of various supplies and materials; perform visual inspection of seals and physical condition; sort supplies by manufacturer batch and palletize them according to procedure; Label received supplies with receiving labels to ensure correct storage and location; Store, handle, and distribute materials using forklifts, placing them on designated shelves to meet production and user requirements while preserving material integrity and facilitating location. Assemble supply kits according to replenishment and packaging requirements, scanning labels to ensure accuracy. Other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; Experience in receiving or warehouse operations. Practical knowledge of types, uses, and handling of Civil Construction materials; Intermediate knowledge of Inventory Management; Basic knowledge of Safety Regulations applicable to cargo handling, storage, and proper use of PPE; Demonstrated organization, communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and teamwork; Agility and accountability; Basic knowledge of civil construction and materials logistics regulations and standards; Basic knowledge of management systems; Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday, at a construction site located in Parnamirim. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance (voucher); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Annual variable compensation program; * Transportation voucher; * Physical activity incentive program; * Benefits as stipulated in the collective labor agreement.
