Job Summary: The professional will support construction projects at all stages, resolve technical issues, train teams, and improve equipment and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous development of equipment and processes Description: * Technical education in building construction, civil engineering, or mechanical engineering; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Experience in construction projects or other support areas within civil construction companies; Willingness to travel frequently; * Formwork, scaffolding, and shoring assembly (preferred); * Knowledge of concrete wall construction systems (preferred). * Training and capacity building for assembly teams; * Support for construction projects during equipment mobilization, execution, and demobilization; * Resolution of technical issues related to equipment; * Support for design teams in formwork modularization; * Supervision and execution of technical tasks such as testing, trials of new products and equipment; * Continuous development for improvement of equipment and their processes. 2511200202481603246
