We look forward to learning more about you and how, together, we can build a successful career path! **Description:** The Laborer is responsible for assisting masons and other construction site professionals, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and supply of necessary materials for task execution. They directly support construction phases by preparing the worksite, transporting materials, and performing auxiliary tasks to ensure efficient and safe project progress. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and organize the worksite according to technical team instructions. * Assist masons in masonry, concrete pouring, plastering, bricklaying, flooring, and other tasks. * Transport, load, and mix construction materials (sand, cement, gravel, mortar, tools, etc.). * Perform continuous site cleaning, removing debris and maintaining a safe and organized environment. * Prepare concrete or mortar mixtures following usage instructions and proportions provided by the technical team. * Assist with formwork, reinforcement, scaffolding assembly, and other structures (always under supervision). * Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support general construction activities as needed and per leadership guidance. **Requirements** * Elementary education (preferred). * Prior experience in this role is an advantage. * Physical fitness compatible with tasks involving physical effort and handling loads. * Commitment, discipline, organization, and strong communication skills within the team.
