Involvement in defining procurement guidelines and strategies We are seeking a Senior Supply Analyst who will be responsible for providing technical leadership for the Supply process, ensuring the strategic supply of materials and technical services for our client's operations, with emphasis on maximizing results and mitigating risks. Define procurement guidelines and strategies, analyze consumption patterns, develop suppliers, evaluate market scenarios, and structure contracts. Provide technical support to other company departments and act in a consultative capacity with operational teams, contributing to increased efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainable value generation in projects. Responsibilities and Duties * Execute the procurement process, from budget creation to supplier negotiation; * Analyze projects and ensure alignment of procurement scopes with the engineering team; * Manage contracts and supplier relationships; * Participate in project planning and execution, aligning supply requirements; * Prepare reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; postgraduate studies or specialization in procurement is desirable. * Solid experience in procurement and supply for heavy construction projects. * Strong negotiation skills, strategic vision, and an analytical, results-oriented profile. * Knowledge of tax legislation and simple and compound interest concepts. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, as well as general engineering knowledge. * Intermediate Excel proficiency and ERP system knowledge.
