Job Opening: **Operational Supervisor – Environmental Area** Jaguar Soluções Ambientais, headquartered in Contagem/MG, provides environmental services with a focus on quality, organization, and operational responsibility. Our services include green area maintenance, reforestation, gardening, and various other environmental services across Belo Horizonte and its metropolitan region. Work Location: **Belo Horizonte and Metropolitan Region** **Important**: This position is **NOT** for conventional civil construction. We seek a professional experienced in environmental operations, green area maintenance, gardening, pruning, mowing, reforestation, and field team management related to these activities. Employment Type: On-site – CLT **Responsibilities**: * Management and field supervision of operational teams; * Organization and monitoring of operational activities; * Control of tools, equipment, and PPE; * Support in planning and executing operational tasks; * Supervision of the following services: \- reforestation; \- seedling planting; \- pruning; \- mowing; \- gardening; \- green area maintenance; * Basic productivity tracking; * Support in resolving daily operational issues; * Field supervision of teams in Belo Horizonte and the metropolitan region. **Requirements**: * Experience leading teams in environmental services, gardening, green areas, pruning, mowing, or reforestation; * Valid driver’s license (CNH) required; * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to handle a dynamic daily routine; * Willingness to travel within Belo Horizonte and the metropolitan region; * Leadership profile and hands-on operational field supervision capability. Compensation and Benefits: * Salary: R$ 3\.200,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 400,00 (monthly) * Meal ticket: R$ 32,00 (per workday) * Transportation provided by the company **Golden Rule:** Employees may receive a monthly bonus of R$ 400,00 based on the following criteria: * Attendance; * Punctuality; * Organization; * Commitment; * Professional conduct; * Proper fulfillment of job responsibilities. **Desired Profile:** We seek a candidate with leadership qualities, accountability, and the ability to keep teams organized and productive on a daily basis.
