




Job Summary: Responsible for the management, control, and organization of materials, tools, and equipment on construction sites, ensuring proper storage, preservation, and distribution. Works in an integrated manner to ensure smooth progress of activities. Responsible for the management, control, and organization of materials, tools, and equipment used on site, ensuring correct storage, preservation, and distribution in accordance with the physical schedule of the project and the company's safety, quality, and cost standards. Works collaboratively with the construction team, engineering, procurement, and administrative departments to support smooth operations, prevent waste, losses, and material shortages. Receive, inspect, and store materials, supplies, tools, and equipment destined for the site, verifying quantities, specifications, and conditions against invoices and purchase orders; Maintain accurate records (physical or system-based) of material inflows and outflows from the storehouse; Organize the storehouse to ensure clear identification, cleanliness, preservation, and easy access to materials; Distribute materials to work fronts according to authorized requisitions; Monitor minimum stock levels and request replenishment when necessary; Track material consumption to support the site in reducing waste and deviations; Conduct periodic inventory counts and stock verifications; Ensure proper maintenance and appropriate use of tools and equipment under their responsibility; Support the procurement team with information regarding consumption, requirements, and deadlines; Comply with and enforce occupational safety regulations, especially concerning handling and storage of materials; Assist in organizing the construction site when required. Desirable Qualifications (optional for this position) Completed elementary or high school education; Prior experience as a storekeeper, preferably in construction projects; Basic knowledge of inventory control; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility;
