Maintenance of workplace cleanliness and organization. **Job: Masonry Helper (Building Renovations)** We seek a willing, proactive, and energetic professional to assist on renovation and building maintenance sites. The primary objective is to provide full support to skilled masons, ensuring materials are ready and the work environment is organized for continuous workflow. **Main Responsibilities** * **Material Preparation:** Mixing mortars, plasters, concrete, and plasterboard as directed by the mason. * **Internal Logistics:** Loading, unloading, and transporting materials within the construction site. * **Direct Support:** Assisting with material cutting, assembly of simple scaffolding and shoring. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintaining site cleanliness, debris collection, and tool organization at the end of each shift. * **Demolition:** Assisting with wall breaking and removal of old finishes. **What We Offer** * **Compensation:** R$ 2.100,00 (R$ 1.800,00 + R$ 300,00 attendance bonus). * **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, and Life Insurance. * **Opportunity:** Potential for learning and advancement to become a Skilled Mason in the future. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
