Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Masons and Mason's Helpers to perform and assist with masonry, plastering, and concrete work, ensuring quality and safety on construction sites. Teamwork in Brumadinho - MG **Main Responsibilities:** **Mason:** * Perform masonry, plastering, concrete work, floor laying, and cladding; * Read and interpret blueprints and project plans; * Prepare and organize materials and tools; * Ensure quality and safety during construction execution. **Mason's Helper:** * Assist the mason with daily tasks; * Prepare mortars, concrete, and grouts; * Transport materials and organize the construction site; * Support site cleanup and maintenance. **Requirements:** **Mason:** * Proven experience in this role. **Mason's Helper:** * No prior experience required; * Willingness to learn and commitment to the job are desirable. **Job Details:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Work Location:** Brumadinho - MG * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Up to R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance
