**Description:** **To excel, you must have:** Completed bachelor's degree in Accounting, Controllership, Administration, or related fields; Specialization in Internal Controls, SOX, or Corporate Governance \- preferred; Proficiency in Office Suite with focus on advanced Excel; Knowledge of Internal Control Standards (COSO, SOX, etc.); Familiarity with Process Mapping Tools (such as Bizagi, Visio, or similar); with ERP Systems and Data Analysis Tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.); Understanding of applicable legislation, best practices in corporate governance, as well as experience in accounting and controller areas; Experience in auditing and consulting firms; Availability to work on-site in Belo Horizonte/MG. Here’s how you will contribute to the Internal Controls team: Supporting the mapping of organizational processes, documenting flows and activities; Assisting in identifying operational and financial risks, gathering information for more complex analyses; Performing internal control tests, following defined procedures and reporting results; Supporting the update of policies, procedures, and manuals, ensuring standardization according to guidelines; Monitoring internal and external audits, organizing requested documents and information; Tracking existing controls, recording evidence, and identifying inconsistencies for adjustments; Participating in training sessions and supporting area development, reinforcing the importance of internal controls; Conducting reconciliations and periodic checks as scheduled by the team; Ensuring compliance with internal standards, following procedures and alerting about potential deviations. 2510190202501821290
