Responsibilities and Duties * Create creative concepts and key visuals, developing them into visual assets for campaigns, marketing initiatives, and institutional projects * Execute materials from concept to final design, ensuring aesthetic quality and visual consistency * Develop digital assets for various formats and channels (ads, social media, presentations, landing pages, emails, events, etc.) * Ensure alignment with Morada’s visual identity and the strategic objectives of each project * Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams, actively contributing ideas and solutions * Participate in brainstorming sessions, propose visual approaches, and defend creative concepts Organize requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines autonomously * Requirements and Qualifications Hard Skills * Prior experience as a Mid-Level Designer or equivalent position * Proficiency in key creative tools: * Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator * Figma * Solid knowledge of graphic design, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy * Ability to create assets from scratch—from concept through layout to finalization Portfolio demonstrating complete projects and a variety of applications * Soft Skills * Proactive, dynamic, and organized mindset * Strong communication skills and ability to articulate and defend ideas * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and receive feedback * Refined aesthetic sense and critical self-assessment of one’s own work * Autonomy and accountability Agility in managing multiple requests in a growing environment * 2512250202491934697
