The Store Manager is a key player in this journey! ### **Your main responsibilities:** * Lead and inspire the team, ensuring enchanting service and impeccable quality standards; * Oversee store opening/closing, organization, cleanliness, and layout; * Monitor KPIs and performance results, consistently striving to exceed targets; * Manage inventory, cash handling, and orders to prevent waste and control costs; * Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to develop talent; * Prepare staff work schedules; * Draft reports for the Executive Board. ### **What we expect from you:** * Passion for leading people and ability to handle conflicts; * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and willingness to learn; * Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets; * Flexibility to work on a 6-on/1-off schedule, including weekends. ### **What we offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy of R$410.00 (no payroll deduction); * Meal allowance — R$30.00/day; * Bimonthly performance bonus, up to R$1750.00; * Health and dental insurance; * Gympass; * Cinema kit on your birthday; * Conexa Saúde; * Full tuition scholarship (no payroll deduction); * Comprehensive training and ongoing support; * Welcoming environment with a collaborative culture; * Real growth opportunities within the Mi Garba! network. ### **About Mi Garba!** Since 2014, we have been Belo Horizonte’s first "Artigianale Gelateria".
