Good luck! **Responsibilities and Duties** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Be responsible for planning and teaching Pilates classes grounded in technical-scientific and appropriate practical approaches for individual and group program interventions and proposals. * Conduct Pilates assessments, analyze assessment data (Pilates, physical, and physiotherapeutic), and inform students of their individual goals and possible outcomes, aiming to develop training programs aligned with established objectives. . Adopt the Pilates method and system established for this modality at the Club as the standard and reference. * Monitor, correct, and clarify students' questions during exercise execution. * Prioritize maintenance and development of students' musculoskeletal system, physical conditioning, and psychosocial factors. * Deliver and participate in internal training sessions for other instructors and interns, aiming to sustain continuous education for the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **PREREQUISITES:** . Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or Physiotherapy, with active registration in the respective professional council (CREF or CREFITO). * Advanced Pilates training course. * Professional experience teaching Pilates classes. **ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED):** * Specializations in sports/orthopedic/geriatric physiotherapy; or in sports training/biomechanics. * Specific certifications in human movement. * Participation in conferences and workshops in the field. * Experience delivering training in this field. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule** * Mondays and Wednesdays: 7:00 AM – 1:15 PM * Tuesdays and Thursdays: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM * Fridays: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM **Work Location: Minas Tênis Náutico Clube.** **Address:** Av.
