The **Junior Accounting Analyst** will support the company’s accounting routines, focusing on **classifications, reconciliations, analyses, and support for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings**. We are looking for an analytical and organized professional who demonstrates initiative, technical curiosity, and interest in continuous development within the accounting field. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Classifying and recording the company’s financial transactions; * Performing bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies; * Supporting accounts payable and receivable management, ensuring alignment between finance and accounting; * Assisting in tax management and calculation, performing verifications and accounting entries; * Supporting internal audit activities by organizing documents and information; * Providing support during monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring deadlines are met and information remains accurate and consistent. **Work schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM **Work location:** Lourdes **Work modality:** On-site **To join our team, you should ideally have:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences; * Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration; * Knowledge of accounting routines and reconciliations; * Basic understanding of financial closing procedures and tax calculations; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **It would be a plus if you have:** * Prior experience in accounting firms or medium-sized companies; * Experience with internal or external audits; Familiarity with the NG system (Keevo). * **Does this opportunity resonate with you?
