We invest in your learning through a structured development path that supports your next career step. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** -------------------------- * Updating production indicators for factories; * Analyzing overall factory costs, identifying opportunities for rationalization and improved results; * Analyzing production capacity; * Reviewing and developing standard operating procedures; * Non-compliance reporting. * Supporting routine quality monitoring (non-conformities, scrap, customer incidents). * Supporting Lean Manufacturing methodology through chronometric analysis (observation and data collection focused on time) to identify root causes of waste and opportunities for improving productivity and process efficiency. * Developing case studies on performance improvement, process innovation, and productivity enhancement; * Assisting in preparing presentations and reports related to area management; * Applying agile tools, AI resources, and BI solutions as required and opportune. **Key Challenges and Projects:** ----------------------------------- * Supporting strategic departmental projects * Identifying and implementing performance improvement projects (productivity, cost, quality, etc.) **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related engineering fields. * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience with Power BI; * Experience with SAP; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Stipend: R$ 1350.00** **Benefits:** * Christmas Kit; * Transportation Allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Life Insurance; * Flash Card; * Allya Benefits Club.
