So, see below the opportunity we have here: **\#VEMSERMERCANTIL** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges will be:** * Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs (volume, revenue, margin, market share), comparing actual vs. budgeted vs. prior-year results * Prepare management reports and commercial performance dashboards * Conduct profitability analysis by customer, channel, product, and region * Support the commercial area’s budgeting (budget) and forecasting (forecast) processes * Monitor commercial policies, discounts, promotional funds, and payment terms, evaluating their impact on results * Identify variances between planned and actual performance, proposing action plans jointly with business units * Provide ad hoc analytical support to Commercial Executive Management and Management for decision-making * Ensure integrity and consistency of data extracted from systems (ERP, BI, CRM) * Participate in monthly closing, reporting results by business line * Propose improvements to processes, controls, and analytical tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in controlling, FP\&A, or related areas. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, modeling) and experience with Power BI or other BI tools * Experience with SQL or data analysis languages (Python/R). * Knowledge of commercial and financial KPIs (margin, EBITDA, income statement) **You’ll stand out if you have:** Experience in the banking sector. * **Work Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG (Hybrid work); **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * Meal and food allowance (if preferred, you may receive both amounts on a single food card); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Childcare allowance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub; * Mercantil Academy of Development; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); All positions are also open to people with disabilities (PCDs).
