Plan balanced menus and control costs and inventory. **Position: UAN Nutritionist** **Location:** Contagem – MG **Employment Type:** CLT / Full-time **Area:** Collective feeding / UAN **Responsibilities:** * Manage UAN operations, ensuring food quality, food safety, and compliance with sanitary regulations. * Plan balanced menus according to users' nutritional profiles and company guidelines. * Supervise kitchen and general services staff, promoting training and good practices. * Control costs, inventory, procurement, and receipt of supplies. * Monitor production, technical sheets, and waste evaluation. * Prepare management reports and unit performance indicators. * Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with current legislation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, with an active CRN registration. * Experience in UAN (industrial restaurants, hospitals, schools, or similar). * Knowledge of good handling practices, food safety, and sanitary legislation. * Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience handling large-scale production (>1,000 meals/day). * Proactive, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary: R$ 2.300,00 * Attendance bonus: R$ 300,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 240,00 * On-site meals Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
