Responsibilities include assisting new clients throughout the onboarding process, providing administrative support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous service. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. **Qualifications** * **Interpersonal and Communication Skills:** Must possess clear and effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues. * **Customer Satisfaction and Service:** Experience ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service is essential. * **Administrative Assistance:** Administrative assistant skills and organizational abilities are fundamental for this role. * Telephone customer service experience is a plus but not required for this position!!!
