Job Summary: Professional responsible for earthwork volume calculations, geometric (topographic) project development, and topographic drawing preparation, with a focus on data processing and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Topographic and earthwork project development and analysis 2. Processing of data from various topographic sources 3. Technical support to field teams and activity monitoring **Responsibilities:** Earthwork volume calculation for measurement; geometric (topographic) project and topographic drawing preparation; as-built documentation for construction projects; analysis of earthwork project compatibility. **Scope:** Process data collected using total stations, levels, GNSS receivers, laser scanners, and UAVs (VANTs); Process traverses (using total stations and GNSS points); Analyze and provide guidance on topographic product development; Develop projects, plans, and as-builts; Design, analyze, and ensure compatibility of projects according to technical standards and procedures; Plan and monitor activities (within a schedule); Provide technical support to field teams; Prepare technical reports for developed projects; Consult and comply with ABNT technical standards; Collaborate in defining project guidelines; Develop and review projects; Perform volume and area measurements between contractors and supervision. Develop 3D projects and grids; process and handle point clouds. Verify execution compliance with the project. Integrate project, planning, execution, and presentation. **Education:** * Completed technical or undergraduate degree in Building Construction, Highways, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fields **Required Qualifications and Knowledge:** * Full proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D * Knowledge of topographic fundamentals * Extensive experience in topographic surveying processes * Knowledge of aerial photogrammetry processing * Familiarity with Propeller (desirable) * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B (desirable) Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$6.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Relocation/Mobility Requirement: * Betim, MG: Relocate or move to the job location prior to starting work (Mandatory) Selection Questions: * Completed undergraduate or technical degree in Building Construction, Highways, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fields * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B (desirable) Experience: * Full proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (Mandatory) * Knowledge of topographic fundamentals (Mandatory) * Extensive experience in topographic surveying processes (Mandatory) * Knowledge of aerial photogrammetry processing (Mandatory) * Familiarity with Propeller (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
