Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work as a Mason, constructing and repairing masonry structures while ensuring quality and safety, and collaborating with the team at Superenge. Key Highlights: 1. Construction of foundations, walls, and masonry slabs 2. Execution of finishes such as plastering and screeds 3. We are recognized for service quality, socio\-environmental responsibility, and respect for and appreciation of our employees. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and organize the worksite, materials, and tools * Construct foundations, walls, slabs, retaining walls, and other masonry structures * Lay bricks, blocks, and other cladding materials using appropriate mortar * Perform finishes such as plastering, roughcast, and screeds * Assist in reading and interpreting construction drawings * Ensure alignment and plumb of constructed structures * Carry out minor corrections and repairs on existing structures * Follow safety, hygiene, and personal protective equipment (PPE) regulations on construction sites * Collaborate with other construction professionals, including engineers and site supervisors ### **Technical Requirements** * Proven experience in civil construction projects under formal employment (CLT) * Knowledge of structural and enclosure masonry techniques * Basic understanding of reading and interpreting simple construction drawings and plans * Ability to prepare and apply mortars, concrete, and other construction materials * Proficiency in executing plastering, screeds, and laying floor tiles and wall tiles * Familiarity with tools such as spirit levels, plumb bobs, tape measures, trowels, and others ### **Behavioral Profile** * Commitment to deadlines and service quality * Teamwork * Attention to detail ### **Benefits** * Medical assistance * Psychological counseling * Fuel allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Attendance bonus * Flexible card (Flash/Caju/Swile/others) * Birthday day off * Commercial partnerships * Dental plan * Life insurance * Totalpass * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
