Flexible working hours and focus on continuous improvement **Infosys Brasil** is looking for professionals with the profile of **Innovation PMO** to join our team. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, R&D, or technological maturity assessment. * Technical knowledge of international frameworks such as TRL, MRL, Stage-Gate, ISO 56002, and internal governance procedures. * Experience in preparing executive reports, presentations, and decision-support materials. * Ability to operate in a strategic context, ensuring alignment with corporate governance, risk mitigation, and maximization of value generated by R&D&I projects. **Preferred Qualifications (Desirable):** * Experience with innovation governance models and R&D portfolio management. * Familiarity with analytics and digital tools for KPI monitoring. * Hands-on profile, resilience, ability to work under pressure, and strong interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders. * Prior knowledge of the Vale environment and experience with hybrid work in Belo Horizonte. **Key Responsibilities:** * Apply technological maturity models such as TRL and MRL, as well as internal procedures. * Conduct technical, strategic, and gate reviews of R&D&I projects, ensuring alignment and delivery quality. * Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and analyses to support senior management decisions. * Facilitate workshops, discussion forums, and alignment sessions with technical, strategic, and operational areas. * Support project teams in deliverable verification, general guidance, and gate preparation. * Organize gate review sessions, record decisions, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards. * Propose continuous improvements using Kaizen practices and process optimization initiatives. * Act as a facilitator across multidisciplinary areas, ensuring clarity, adherence, and advancement of project maturity. **Additional Information:** **Employment Type:** CLT, flexible working hours. **Benefits Package:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Childcare Assistance, Life Insurance, Funeral Assistance, Medical and Dental Plans. **Career Path:** Global engagement with national and/or international clients and projects, opportunity for international career mobility.
