Activities and Responsibilities: Support corrective and preventive maintenance on Sotreq equipment (Caterpillar and O\&K lines), performing failure diagnostics and correctly using manufacturer manuals, reducing rework rates in mining operations; Support accurate diagnosis of failures in equipment and accessories under warranty, reporting technical assessments to the Mining Area Supervisor and suggesting, when necessary, submitting cases for analysis by the Service Engineering team to request warranty reimbursement from the manufacturer; Provide service delivery at customer operations, performing the pre\-defined scope of activities and reporting unforeseen cases to the Mining Area Supervisor, enabling alignment between Sotreq and customer expectations; Maintain and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards through proper maintenance procedures specified in manuals, contributing to equipment longevity, higher operational availability, and enhancing Sotreq's (and represented brands') positive image with customers; Report daily maintenance activities performed to the Mining Area Supervisor, as well as inform potential pending issues, enabling better alignment among Operations, Planning, and Fleet Analysis teams, and consequently ensuring adherence to contractual guidelines with the customer. **Requirements:** Mandatory Requirements: * High school diploma; * Basic knowledge of Office Suite; * Valid driver's license (Category B); * Experience with heavy equipment; * Availability for travel; * Must reside in Contagem, Belo Horizonte, Ibirité, Betim, Sarzedo, Itabira, Ipatinga, Governador Valadares, Teófilo Otoni, Montes Claros, Três Marias, Congonhas, Arcos, or Juiz de Fora.
