### **Learn about Rede Cidadã**
Rede Cidadã is a non-profit civil society organization committed to social transformation through the integration of life and work as a single value. We believe work is a source of life and a fundamental condition enabling individuals to become protagonists of their own stories and achieve autonomy, rights, and citizenship. Since its founding in 2002, the organization’s mission has consistently been to develop solutions for job and income generation targeting people at the base of the economic pyramid. Over these 23 years, Rede Cidadã has placed over 130\.000 people into the workforce. Our organization stands out by investing not only in the technical training of course participants but also—equally importantly—in restoring the value of work in people’s lives, in their dreams, and in their emotional intelligence. For us, life and work constitute a single value and must go hand-in-hand to foster both professional and personal fulfillment.
**Purpose:** Promote networked citizenship, job and income generation with human development, uniting companies, civil society, and public authorities.
**Vision:** Integrate life and work—a single value.
**Values:** Empathy, methodology, collaboration, commitment, entrepreneurship.
