We are certain that day after day, we build the future we want — and this future is reflected in our purpose: **building dreams that transform the world.** Join us as **\#GreenBlood!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support the development, implementation, and sustainability of workforce management initiatives across MRV construction sites, aligned with the integrated production schedule. * Assist in collecting, organizing, and tracking productivity, turnover, and employee engagement indicators, contributing to the design of actions that value, retain, and optimize the utilization of production staff. * Collaborate with regional Workforce Consultants to support the execution and monitoring of action plans focused on continuous improvement of people management at construction sites. * Support the maintenance of tools, processes, and routines aimed at increasing productivity and reducing turnover, respecting each region’s specificities and corporate guidelines. * Collaborate in integrating construction site teams with corporate departments, assisting in gathering operational demands and documenting proposed solutions. * Participate in site visits to support diagnostics, monitor initiative implementation, record learnings, and assist in preparing reports for project leadership follow-up. * Support the organization of training sessions and workshops focused on developing construction site teams’ workforce management practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Basic knowledge of project management; Intermediate knowledge of tools such as Miro, Bizagi, Power Apps, Power BI, Python; Basic knowledge of Lean Construction and/or Lean Office. **Additional Information** Competitive salary; **Meals:** Flexible Meal Allowance (VR); **Health and Well-being:** Health insurance and Dental insurance; **Mobility:** Transportation allowance; **Physical Activity Incentive:** TotalPass; **Discounts with Partner Companies:** Allya; **Work Modality:** 100% On-site; **Benefits:** As per the collective labor agreement; **SER Green Blood Benefits:** Beyond calling ourselves Green Blood, we offer a dedicated benefits package exclusively for our people; And much more!
