Professional development in a law firm Law Intern Position – Tales \& Gregório Advogados **Location:** Hybrid / Belo Horizonte – Santo Agostinho Neighborhood **Working Hours:** To be agreed upon **Stipend:** R$ 1\.200 \+ transportation allowance About the Position Tales \& Gregório Advogados, a reference firm in Digital Law and Intellectual Property, is seeking a Law Intern to assist with administrative procedures and provide legal support. We are looking for an organized candidate with strong communication skills and affinity for this field, who demonstrates eagerness to learn and grow professionally. Responsibilities Provide client service and follow-up, ensuring efficient case management; Request and verify documents required for administrative and judicial procedures; Perform actions before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI), including filing, monitoring, and submissions; Draft contracts, powers of attorney, and client communications; Issue payment slips and monitor deadlines; Draft simple pleadings and provide support in legal matters; Access and interpret court case files via judicial system platforms; Assist with administrative organization within the law firm. Requirements Currently enrolled in Law school from the 7th semester onward; Interest in Digital Law and Intellectual Property; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; Proficiency with technology and legal systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience performing actions before the INPI or conducting research in Intellectual Property; Prior experience in a law firm; Basic knowledge of contracts and electronic filing.
