Focus on quality and safety of surgical instrumentation JOB: CSSD SUPERVISOR LOCATION: SEMPER/ BH Responsibilities and Challenges: As a CSSD Supervisor, you will work in the operation of the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD). Your main responsibilities include: * Washing, drying, sorting, and packaging surgical instrumentation materials. * Autoclaving and storing sterile materials, ensuring prompt delivery for surgeries. * Verifying stored, sterilized, consigned, and defective materials. * Preparing and assembling material kits according to surgical requirements. * Using a traceability system to monitor all processed items. * Inspecting materials for oxidation and wear, ensuring item quality and safety. Requirements and Desired Qualifications: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department).
