In Belo Horizonte, the regional comprises two units: the **Institute of Eyes of Belo Horizonte (IOBH)** and the **Ophthalmological Care Center (COA)**, jointly reinforcing Vision’s commitment to ocular health promotion. Thus, our IOBH and COA units operate in an integrated manner, aligned with a shared purpose: **caring for vision and health with excellence, responsibility, and humanity**. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Activities of the Quality Analyst – Healthcare Sector** Manages and strengthens the quality management system, ensuring compliance of clinical and administrative processes with regulatory standards, applicable legislation, and accreditation criteria—particularly those of the **National Accreditation Organization (ONA)**. Plans and conducts internal audits, supports external audits and accreditation processes, and assists departments in organizing evidence and fulfilling requirements. Monitors quality and patient safety indicators, manages non-conformities, incidents, and action plans, and supports risk management and process standardization. Collaborates closely with teams to promote a culture of quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Education and Requirements – Quality Analyst (Healthcare Sector)** Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as **Quality Management, Administration, Nursing, Health Management, or related disciplines**. Knowledge and experience with the **standards of the National Accreditation Organization (ONA)**—including the ONA manual and its updates—as well as familiarity with **auditing, accreditation, and continuous improvement processes** in the healthcare sector are desirable.
