We look forward to meeting dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the execution of internal quality and compliance audits. * Monitor and analyze quality indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Assist in developing and updating procedures, work instructions, and manuals. * Conduct inspections of processes and products to ensure compliance with established standards. * Support handling of nonconformities and implementation of action plans. * Collaborate with operational areas in standardizing and improving processes. * Contribute to maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001). * Participate in training and awareness programs on quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields. * Strong analytical ability, with skills in interpreting data, indicators, and standards. * Organized, proactive profile with attention to detail. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) is mandatory. * Good interpersonal communication skills and ease of interaction across departments. * Ability to work effectively in teams, organize tasks, and meet deadlines. **Additional Information** **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PCDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone.
