We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Intern to join our VPA Group team and take initiative, evolving and growing alongside us! **Nice to meet you — we’re the VPA Group, and we want you on our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties:** Support users on all IT-related matters, understand their needs, and propose effective solutions, Create and manage user accounts, as well as maintain groups for access control, Develop and execute schedules related to infrastructure support demands, Monitor networks and systems, ensuring proper backup execution, Manage inventory of materials and equipment in the area, controlling distribution, handling, preparation, and storage, Manage suppliers, including printer supplies, Provide support for telecommunications activities and administer control and support for the PABX system, Administer connectivity for time clocks. Requirements and Qualifications: **Education:** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Technology degree program (minimum halfway through), in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. **Required Technical Knowledge:** Network layers, TCP\-IP protocol, DHCP, LAN and WAN, NAT, Firewall, Windows Server, Windows 10, computer formatting, router configuration and administration. **Additional Information:** Internship stipend of R$1\.500; Flexible meal card from Flash; Transportation allowance or Fuel assistance (based on your needs); Performance bonus; My day (one day off during your birthday month, to enjoy however you prefer); Gympass (to keep your body and mind healthy — also extended to dependents); Breakfast with fruits.
