Collaborate closely with suppliers, logistics agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of foreign trade processes. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the entire import cycle, from order placement to goods arrival * Monitor delivery timelines, cargo integrity, and shipment status * Support Procurement and Logistics departments in aligning delivery schedules and planning deliveries * Support and/or perform customs tariff classification of goods and special regimes (e.g., Ex-Tariff, Drawback) * Calculate and review import costs (taxes, freight, warehousing) * Enter data into ERP systems and control spreadsheets * Issue Import Entry Invoices and verify the Import Declaration (DI) * Maintain organized import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, DI, LI, certificates) * Interact with international suppliers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers * Monitor customs clearance procedures with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and regulatory agencies * Prepare managerial and operational reports on costs, timelines, and logistics performance * Monitor changes in foreign trade legislation and support process improvements * Support or negotiate with logistics service providers (freight, warehousing, customs clearance) ### **Technical Requirements** * Knowledge of import processes and customs legislation * Analysis of import costs (logistical, foreign exchange, and tax-related) * Report and indicator development * Documentation management and ERP system usage * Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers and logistics agents ### **Education and Experience** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields * Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred (for more advanced levels) ### **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: **08:00 AM to 06:00 PM** * Friday: **08:00 AM to 05:00 PM** ### **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Group Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * On-site Restaurant * Pharmacy Partnership * Gympass Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
