Ensuring assembly is carried out in accordance with project specifications and standards Company in the **event structures** sector, located in **Ribeirão das Neves/MG**, is hiring. **2 FIELD COORDINATOR POSITIONS** \#500 Ribeirão das Neves/MG \- Permanent CLT contract **Salary:** Between R$ 4\.000,00 and R$ 5\.000,00 (based on experience) **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday. **Working Hours:** 08:15 to 18:00\. Availability for flexible hours and travel required. **Benefits:** * **Meal Allowance:** R$30.00 per working day. * **Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance:** Cost reimbursement based on distance traveled (km). * **Medical and Dental Plan:** UNIFÁCIL (70% covered by employer, 30% by employee). * **Gympass / Wellhub:** No deduction for the professional; allows access to the app and payment according to selected plan. * **Flexible Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: Overtime hours are compensated via time banking. * Weekends and holidays: Overtime hours are compensated as bonus pay, $. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute the schedule and allocate work fronts at the assembly site. * Serve as the technical liaison for clients and align requirements in real time. * Coordinate team leaders and crews, ensuring discipline, proper use of PPE, and safety. * Inspect materials, control logistics, and maintain an organized worksite. * Ensure assembly is performed in strict compliance with design specifications, standards, and technical requirements. * Resolve operational issues and escalate to supervisors when necessary. * Record incidents and submit daily operation reports. **Professional Experience:** Experience in structural assembly **Desired Years of Experience:** 2 years **Mandatory Requirements:** Experience in structural assembly. Basic ability to read technical drawings (blueprints). Fundamental knowledge of construction scheduling and logistics. Knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs). Material organization and inventory control. Intermediate computer skills.
